We often imagine progress as a breakthrough; a promotion, a finished project, a transformed body or the trip we’ve always wanted to take. But the most meaningful change is the one we reach quitely.

Choosing to act when our motivation is absent. There are seasons when life feels like it’s standing still. A cause of frustration for sure but these are where foundations are built.
